What we sell
We sell digital content: game credit that lands straight on your player account.You enter your player ID and server at checkout.Below, each game lists its packs and the details you need.The products are only for an existing player account.We never ask for your password or any other game login details.Nothing is shipped physically.

Ordering and payment
Do you live in the Netherlands?
Then you pay with Tikkie (iDEAL) through a payment request from ABN AMRO.We see your payment straight away and start the delivery.You have 1 day to pay.
Do you live in another European country?
Then you pay by SEPA bank transfer to our business account.Put your order number in the reference and pay from an account in your own name.We check your payment manually; this takes 1 to 2 working days.You have 7 days to pay.Do you live outside Europe?Then you pay by international bank transfer to our account at ABN AMRO.You receive the same bank details as above.Your own bank may charge fees and it can take longer.You always pay in euros.
Payment request and card details
You receive the payment link or the payment instructions on the order page and by e-mail.Instalments and paying later are not possible.We do not process card details ourselves.With Tikkie you pay on the secure payment page of ABN AMRO.
The order button
The order button is called “Order with obligation to pay”.By clicking it you enter into an obligation to pay.
Delivery
How delivery works
After a successful payment we start the delivery automatically.If you order several units, we deliver them one by one.This usually takes 5 to 15 minutes per unit.You see the estimated duration with your order.
Disruption, deadline and checks
If a delivery fails because of a disruption, we still deliver.We do so within 3 working days of your payment.Manual review or extra verification can delay delivery.
Your Player ID and server
We deliver directly to the Player ID and server you provided.
You are responsible for a correct Player ID and server.We cannot reverse a delivery to an incorrect account that you provided.
Right of withdrawal, refunds and legal guarantee
You have the right to withdraw from an agreement with us within 14 days without giving a reason. Our products are digital content that we start to deliver immediately after payment. That is why the checkout asks you for two separate confirmations, which are never ticked in advance: (1) that you expressly agree that delivery starts immediately after payment, and (2) that you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. You can only place an order if you have given both. If you have, your right of withdrawal ends for each unit as soon as delivery of that unit has started; for units that have not yet been delivered you can still withdraw, and we refund that part. We record your two confirmations with your order (text version, language and time) and confirm them to you by email with a downloadable confirmation.
